Goat that is decapitated in Akali Nihang martial rituals. In Akali Nihang belief each goat that is decapitated is reborn as a Singh Khalsa.

Hence 'Chatka' of goats is an act of merit in Akali Nihang eyes. Because a mature goat's neck is most like a human neck the various decapitation methods are also seen as part of Akali Nihang martial training.
